In fact, there was a Research conducted on Expressive Writing.

You could ask what is Expressive Writing. Well, Expressive Writing is penning thoughts or feelings about a positive or negative event or your past life.

This experiment resulted in some outbursting themselves while writing, but results in increase Immunity and thus as a Healing Process.
