A Healthy recipe needs no introduction. Today I am going to share health, refreshing, soothing juice, Easy to prepare and nutrient to drink: Beetroot carrot juice.
Ingredients:
Beetroot: 1 large
Carrot: 1 small
Ginger: 1 small piece( 1/2 the size of your little fingerš)
Jaggery/ Honey.
Lemon: 1/4 of a lemon.
Preparation steps:
1. Wash, peel beetroot, carrot and keep aside.
2. Take grounded jaggery, carrot, juice, water and grind.
3. Filter/ sieve the vegetable mixture.(You can consume as it is with no filtering too!!).
4. Add Jaggery/ Honey and lime.
