Where ever, whenever I hear FALOODA word, I remember Hyderabad.And Hyderabad cuisine is void without an Falooda.(See my article for Falooda)
And it’s my vacation time@hyd…so why not an cool mango Falooda😉
Ingredients:
For preparation to 4 members
5-8 Tablespoons of sabja seeds(soaked for at least 4 hours)
1 handful of vermiccver cooked after roasting it
2 cups milk
1 grated mango
Pulp of 1 mango
1 Pomogranate
Rose syrup
Sugar
Mango ice cream(optional)
Procedure:
1) Do the process separetly for each glass.
2)Add 2 spoons of soaked sabja seeds to milk after it cools.
3) Add vermicelli
4)Add 2 spoons rose syrup
5) Add mango pulp
6)Garnish with mango pieces ,cashews
7) You can have it chilledor as it is with ice cream.
